Overview

  • Coordinates and performs internal process/product audits.
  • Creates audit reports and communicates quality audit results to stakeholders.
  • Provides support to software project teams through collecting project data and analyzes, develops, recommends, and monitors corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collects and analyzes project and company-wide quality data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Creates analysis reports and communicates analysis results to stakeholders.
  • Provides guidance in root cause analysis and recommends corrective and preventive actions.
  • Facilitates process improvement initiatives in project teams and in the organization.
  • Handles and conducts QA-related trainings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / IT-related course.
  • Have at least 3 years Quality Management experience preferably in Software Quality Management.
  • Well versed with QC Tools, RCA tools and techniques.
  • Knowledgeable and with experience in CMMI, ISO9001, Six Sigma, Quality Audit.
  • Knowledgeable in any software development process (Waterfall, Agile, V-model, etc).
  • Knowledgeable and with experience in Software Process Improvement and Software Metrics.
  • Knows and have experience in quantitative Data Analysis (Descriptive Statistics, Exploratory and confirmatory data analysis)
  • Knowledgeable and with experience in developing and conducting SQA-related trainings.
  • Well versed in the use of MS Office (especially MS Excel).
  • Demonstrated initiative, problem solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management, both internal and external.
  • Able to learn quickly, has strong organizational and leadership skills and possess negotiation skills.
  • Software development experience is a plus.
