NSP's pool of local talents serves a global market. Being a strategic development center for NEC's activities around the globe, NSP attracts qualified engineers who excel at providing innovative solutions in software development.

NSP visits the different schools with IT-related courses to hold qualifying exams for applicants. The company also participates in job fairs where interested applicants may bring their resumes and register for subsequent testing. Interested applicants may also send their application letter and resume to careers@ntsp.nec.co.jp for Cebu and Manila.

With its in-house Nihongo classes, NSP prepares employees for opportunities under the Intra-Company Transfer Program, an opportunity to work with the mother company, NEC Communication Systems, Ltd. (NCOS) Japan. This program continues to open doors for global exposure and career advancement.
