NSP visits the different schools with IT-related courses within and outside Cebu to hold qualifying exams for applicants. The company also participates in job fairs where interested applicants may bring their resumes and register for subsequent testing. Interested applicants may also send their application letter and resume to for Cebu and Manila.

We upgrade our employees' skills by providing them continuing specialized technical courses, including Project Management and CMMI training, to ably compete in the global market. Through this productive training, the employees have an edge by keeping abreast with the technological development.

NSP also enrich the knowledge of its skilled and talented human resources with the two-year Masteral program for its employees. The cash assistance for education goes a long way in developing the minds and the character of the staff.

With its in-house Nihongo classes, NSP supports its employees by preparing them for an opportunity in the Intra-Transfer program, a privilege working with the mother company, NEC Communication Systems Ltd. (NCOS), Japan. As of May 2008, over 30 NSP software engineers have become recipients of the program.

Employee Wellness. Fostering quality way of living, the company values its employee through Work/Life balance. Flextime allows employees to choose, within limits, the hours for starting and leaving work each day. A core time of 10:00 AM allows employees certain convenience and flexibility.
